Assistance from eBay

Don't expect any help from eBay. Many years ago when eBay was a smaller company, person to person help was available. Today, with the tremendous number of auctions running, the job would be impossible. eBay staff have their hands full dealing with fraudulent sellers, shill bidding ("running up" your own auction price) and the sale of illegal items. At best, help is available at the eBay community boards. Instances of fraud and other infractions can be filed under the appropriate SafeHarborô division.
